Womens Boxing Classes

Kings Gym have now introduced Womens Boxing classes for the growing number of women wishing to take part in the sport. Boxing is great way to get fit, teaches self defence and is also a great stress reliever.

So whether you're looking to get fit, have fun or just learn self defence. Come and join us and train with the professionals.
